An ongoing event Thursday, 16th September 2010 "I Saved This For You" dance performance
Location: CHI Movement Arts Center, 1316 S. 9th St. Phila. 19147
Time: 7 p.m.
Description: I Saved This For You is a dance performance choreographed and produced by Colleen Hooper and Liz Reynolds that will run at the Philly Fringe Festival from Sept. 16 to Sept. 18, 2010.
This performance explores displacement, concepts of home, and what it means it to create a place for yourself in the world.
A portion of the proceeds from the show will be donated to Philadelphia nonprofit organization HIAS and Council Migration Service. There will be a special reception sponsored by Whole Foods Market for HIAS at the opening-night performance.

Description: Any immigrant with a legal question or problem is eligible to attend the Welcoming Center's FREE legal clinic.
At the clinic, immigrants meet in private with volunteer attorneys to discuss their issues related to immigration,employment, business, family, etc. We have our clinic on every second Tuesday of the month.
To attend, you must register in advance by calling Desiree Wayne at 215-557-2626.
You will need to give your name, phone number, and a brief description of your legal question or issue. If you do not speak English, we will find a lawyer or interpreter who speaks your language. Sunday, 12th September 2010 Festival De Flores

NSNP Gardens have shaped the Norris Square landscape and the lives of the Norris Square community members. It maintains 6 urban, culturally-themed gardens that preserve green space and energize the Norris Square community.
Come feel the spirit of Puerto Rico from within the urban green oasis. Enjoy self-guided tours.
